- We warn of the unprecedented crisis in medicine and medical supplies, which is severely impacting patients' lives. Hospitals and health centers are suffering from a severe shortage of medicines and medical supplies, with 60% of the essential medicines list and 83% of the medical consumables list now depleted from the ministry's warehouses. This will lead to a complete halt in medical services, most notably emergency services, surgeries, intensive care, dialysis, primary healthcare, and mental health services, thereby endangering the lives of patients, the injured, and the wounded.
- The Ministry of Health urgently appeals to all international and UN organizations and relevant authorities to intervene swiftly and provide the necessary medicines and medical supplies.
