The Gaza Health Ministry has issued its daily report, revealing the devastating human toll of "Israel's" ongoing genocide, now on its 401st day. According to the ministry, the terrorist Israel and illegal entities carried out three massacres targeting families in Gaza over the past 24 hours. These attacks have killed 51 people and injured 164 others.

 

The report also highlighted the dire situation on the ground, with many victims still trapped beneath the rubble or in areas that remain inaccessible to rescue teams due to ongoing airstrikes and destruction.

The British media outlet Sky News has removed footage from its social media platforms showing Israeli fans chanting racist slogans before the UEFA Europa League match between Ajax and Maccabi Tel Aviv in Amsterdam. This action has led to accusations of censorship and bias.

 

The video, initially shared with the caption, “Israeli fans tearing down Palestinian flags and chanting anti-Arab racist slogans,” was taken down, sparking criticism. Some accused Sky News of self-censorship. In a subsequent post, the network stated: “Editor’s Note: This is a re-edit of a previous video which didn’t meet Sky News’ standards for balance and impartiality.”

 

Tensions escalated in Amsterdam late on Thursday as Israeli fans clashed with pro-Palestinian demonstrators around the Ajax-Maccabi Tel Aviv match. Social media videos showed Maccabi supporters tearing down Palestinian flags and attacking Arab taxi drivers.

What the media "conveniently" glosses over, however, is the long history of far-right sympathies and violence among Maccabi Tel Aviv fans. During the protests against the Netanyahu regime's corruption and judicial overreach starting in 2021, it was Maccabi Tel Aviv fans who showed up for Bibi.

They attacked protesters in the streets with clubs and broken bottles as police looked on and did nothing. They have long been considered one of the most racist and violent fanbases not just in Occupied Palestine, but in all of soccer. Their racism is so severe that even their own players find themselves the targets of racial abuse.

Palestinian midfielder Maharan Radi was targeted with chants of F*ck the Arabs and spit on by fans.  When the team tried to "talk it out" and hold a meeting with the heads of the ultra group, they failed, concluding that they simply hate Arabs. Black players are routinely pelted by bananas and racial slurs. The problem is so bad that Zionist newspaper 972 describes a Maccabi game as looking like a Klan rally.

Of course, inside the apartheid state, there are no consequences for the "chosen people" and so this sort of racial abuse and violence has become normal. No action is taken by local soccer authorities or police to combat, condemn, or even contain this violent racism. It is that culture of impunity that lets these thugs travel to another country thinking they could do whatever they wanted. They came to the Netherlands looking for a fight. They got one, and they lost.
 

Comparing them to the innocent people slaughtered by fascists whose ideology is virtually identical to these hooligans is spitting on the memory of the millions who suffered at the hands of European fascists. Ironically, the fascists who slaughtered Jews in the streets had an ideology almost identical to the fascists who marched through the streets chanting "Kill the Arabs" and "Turn Gaza into Hiroshima". The only difference is who they think the "chosen people" are.
 

Now the callous opportunists in the media are going to milk this for everything they can, trying to portray the racist thugs as victims of anti-semitic violence. It will only work if we let it.
